i thought the pools were amazing!!! they were huge and so nice for swimming. i loved that the hotel had direct access to the beach, a beautiful place for morning walks. the breakfast was also amazing with so much variety.
the bathroom felt very small even though it was clean. i found that lunch and dinner were average.

amazing family getaway!
direct access alert lifeguard birthday surprise
I was grateful for the direct beach access. the beach had an alert lifeguard. my family really enjoyed the slide in the pool. the hotel provided a sketch of my father as a birthday surprise. It was thoughtful. the food from room service tasted amazing.
i did notice single use plastic bottles in each room. at least four bottles are used per day per room. that's quite a bit of plastic waste. i hope they consider sustainable alternatives.

The hotel has direct access to a clean beach. the beach had shower facilities near every corner. i appreciated the proximity and ease of getting to the ocean. It was convenient with kids.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices . the palms restaurant had a tasty and varied menu. i was thankful for the delicious and diverse options. it was a very pleasant experience.

excellent attentiveness excellent facilities
the staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness! always prompt to answer questions or help. the facilities impressed me. i hugely enjoyed my stay, and i will return again.
a minor point, but the check-in process felt a little slow.
